By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or use the App.

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activity that occurs under your account.

The App may contain information about various products, including fashion, home appliances, food products, electronics, beauty products, books, mobiles, personal care items, sports goods, gifts, and more. This information is provided for general informational purposes only, and Globus does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product information.

When you place an order through the App, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Globus reserves the right to accept or reject any order. All purchases made through the App are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.

The prices displayed on the App are in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for the ordered products can be made through the available payment methods provided in the App. All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the payment service provider.

We aims to deliver the ordered products in a timely manner to the address provided during the ordering process. However, delivery times may vary depending on various factors, and Globus shall not be liable for any delays or damages arising from the delivery process.

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through the App, you may request a return or refund within the specified return period. The eligibility and process for returns and refunds are subject to Globus's return policy, which can be found on the App or the Globus website.

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Globus and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without the prior written consent of Globus.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Globus reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. The updated version of the Agreement will be effective upon posting on the App. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed about any changes.

 

 

Contract Agreement

This Contract Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Globus Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Globus"), a company incorporated under the Ecommerce law, 2000, and having its Registered Office at OMR, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and the person/entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") who has purchased products from the official website of Globus.

Whereas, Globus is an e-commerce company incorporated under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Customer is willing to purchase products from Globus in full compliance with the Ecommerce law, 1996 issued by the Government of India.

By making a purchase on the official website of Globus, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

The Customer agrees to purchase products from Globus through its official website in accordance with the Ecommerce law and the terms specified on the website.

The availability of products is subject to stock availability, and Globus reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Globus strives to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions on its website. However, the Customer acknowledges that product colours, sizes, and specifications may vary slightly from the images and descriptions displayed on the website.

The Customer agrees to pay the listed price for the purchased products, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees specified during the checkout process. Payment can be made through the available payment methods provided on the website.

This Contract establishes the terms and conditions governing the purchase of products from Globus by the Customer. By placing an order on the official website of Globus, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Contract.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to purchase products from Globus in accordance with the Ecommerce law, 1996 issued by the Government of India. The Customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations while purchasing products from Globus.

Globus shall provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information on its official website. The Customer acknowledges that the product descriptions and prices are subject to change without prior notice. The Customer shall be responsible for paying the agreed-upon price for the purchased products.

The Customer shall place an order on the official website or app of Globus by providing accurate and complete information. Globus reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion. Upon acceptance of an order, Globus shall process the order and provide confirmation to the Customer.

The Customer shall make payment for the purchased products using the available payment methods provided on the official website of Globus. The Customer shall be responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or charges associated with the purchase.

Globus shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the purchased products to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that delivery times may vary and Globus shall not be liable for any delays or damages arising from the delivery process.

The Customer may request a return or refund of the purchased products within the specified return period, subject to the return and refund policies of Globus. The Customer shall comply with the procedures and requirements set forth by Globus for returns and refunds.

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights associated with the products, including trademarks, logos, and copyrights, are owned by Globus or its licensors. The Customer shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without the prior written consent of Globus.

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Globus and the Customer regarding the purchase of products and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether written or oral.

The company shall not be held responsible for any medical issues or complications that may arise from the use or consumption of products purchased through the app. It is recommended that customers consult with healthcare professionals before using any products.

The company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during the shipping or delivery process. Customers are advised to inspect the products upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies to the company within a specified timeframe.

The company does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the electronic systems. It shall not be held liable for any technical issues, system failures, or data loss that may occur.

The company makes every effort to accurately represent the products, including their specifications, features, and benefits. However, it does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. Customers are advised to conduct their own research and verify product details before making a purchase.

In no event shall the company, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection of purchasing  any products either food or electronics, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of our app, including but not limited to violation of terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or breach of contract.
